In partnership, the DO YOU Enrichment Center, ROSE-Raising Our Self Esteem, and the St. John’s Community Education Department presents its 1st Annual Women’s P.O.W.E.R. Conference 2014. This event will be held on December 20, 2014 12 pm-5pm, and will be located at St. John's High School (1518 Main Road John's Island SC 29455). This event is geared towards women of all generations, ethnicities and upbringings, who are seeking growth personally, professionally, and financially. This will be a yearly conference to develop and build self-esteem and character in women and girls in the Charleston and surrounding areas. We need your help as a community member/business to aide in the success of EMPOWERING AND REFORMING our women and girls.
The Women’s P.O.W.E.R. Conference 2014 will feature general session trainings, panel discussions and breakout sessions. The members of our panels and presenters have a proven track record in finance, business and personal development. Our mission is to assist women and young girls with discovering their own personal attributes, purpose in life and POWER from within. The conference participants will be introduced to various trainings, networking opportunities, and empowerment.
Over the past 15 years, together we have offered various programs and community events to enable the success of those "at risk". We are asking for donations to support this event, and will be holding a book drive to encourage reading. All donations are tax deductible and will be used to fund the annual Women’s P.O.W.E.R. Conference, which benefits the Charleston and surrounding areas.
